All posters sent to us in .pdf format should follow these guidelines:

1. Size: Should be saved as 50% of desired printed size.
Example: For a 42" x 60" poster, the .pdf file should be saved at 21" x 30" - with Landscape Orientation. These sizes should be the same as the sizes used in Powerpoint™ to create the poster.

2. Conversion settings: Embed All Fonts should have a check next to it (option under "Fonts" tab under "Edit Conversion Settings")

3. Compression: Zip (option under "Compression" tab under "Edit Conversion Settings") Often, this is set to "Automatic," but needs to be "Zip."
