All posters sent to us in PowerPoint™ format should follow these guidelines:

1. Size: Format the poster to 50% of desired print size.

To do this, in PowerPoint™, select File, then Page Setup.

Under Page Setup:

• Select "Custom" slide size
• Select "Landscape" Orientation for Slides
• Enter the appropriate width and height. The following sizes should be used:
  • 36x48” poster, set the Width = 24” and the Height =18”
  • 42x60” poster, set the Width = 30” and the Height =21”
  • 48x72” poster, set the Width = 36” and the Height =24”

2. Save your file.
