1. BACKGROUND & FONT COLORS
The easiest way to develop a poster with your desired color scheme is to use our proprietary Template Colorizer™. Just click here to use it and to order your template.

If you wish to develop your own template, you must consider the colors. In the table below, standardized PowerPoint™ colors and specific RGB + HSL settings are provided. If you select these colors (which are the same as those used in our Template Colorizer™) we guarantee the colors will be printed as you select (although some computer monitors may display these colors inaccurately). Other RGB/HSL settings may not print as desired. If you desire a color that is not listed below, please contact us to discuss it by e-mail or phone. We will print these choices, but we do not guarantee how they will look.

2. LOGO
Your poster will be more recognizable if your institution's or multi-center studies' logo is placed on it. If you have a logo that you would like included on your poster, you can send it to us by e-mail as a jpeg or bmap file, or, for a $15 fee, we can scan your logo if you send it to us by mail.

3. SIZE
Next, select your poster's size from the options below. You may want to check with your meetings recommendations for poster size. Remember, the ability to read a poster will depend in part on the font size used.

4. LAMINATION
You can elect to have your poster laminated (clear plastic coating - extends the life of the poster significantly but is not necessary if only hung one or two times).

5. POSTER DEVELOPMENT
We offer three choices for poster development:
1. SciencePresentations.com develops your poster. Send your Microsoft Word™ or text document ($75 poster development fee)
2. You develop a Powerpoint™ Poster Template slide inour approved Powerpoint™ format) ($20 .pdf conversion fee)
3. You develop a poster inour approved .pdf format(no added charge for conversion)

Tables, Graphs, Figures

These will be best reproduced if they are originally developed using a Microsoft™ program.

6. SHIPPING
You must choose when you would like your poster to arrive. Mailing occurs within 48 business hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

1. Normal - 2 business days ($20)
2. Overnight with Weekday delivery ($50)
3. Normal or Overnight with Saturday delivery
       (availability may vary) ($90)
